Bicycles inside College Buildings

Whilst Birkbeck positively encourages cycling to work, for reasons of safety and to protect the fabric of the building, it does not allow bicycles, other than folded-up bicycles, into its premises.  This policy took effect on 1 September 2006 following the agreement of the College Safety Committee on 2 November 2005 and the former House Committee on 5 June 2006.
